Hood Cleaning School Business Owner’s 5 Day Course — $8,450 (5 Days Sun-Thur) training for up to 2 people

Price includes all of the following:

  • Five days of training for up to 2 people (see our Business Partner Policy) in Nashville, TN, which includes one-on-one training in an informal setting and on-the-job training at nationally recognized restaurants we are currently servicing

  • Both one-on-one training in an informal setting and on-site training in sales and marketing; bookkeeping and accounting

  • Roger’s Hood Cleaning School Training Manual, which includes the design of custom forms, flyers, contracts, invoices, bid system, fire marshal letter, customer letters and stationary that you will need to operate your business

  • NFPA 96 Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations

  • First Year Membership and one year certification into the Certified Hood & Duct Cleaner Association

  • You will learn all aspects of cleaning kitchen exhaust systems hands on

  • You will learn how to properly label hoods and communicate with the Authority Having Jurisdiction the service that you have provided

  • You will learn how to properly winterize your pressure washer and hoses to allow for even the coldest of environments

  • You will learn how to replace O rings

  • You will learn how to use and maintain wands, trigger guns and hoses

  • You will learn how to capture waste water

  • This course is to get you Properly Trained, Qualified, and Certified to clean kitchen grease exhaust systems and run and manage crews as a Crew Leader.
